Our classes:

  • Body Balance - a yoga class for anyone and everyone. Combining yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates-based movements set to music
  • SH'BAM - A fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout
  • Body Attack - a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats
  • Body Combat - BODYCOMBAT is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact
  • Express Core - The ultimate scientific core workout for incredible core strength and sports performance
