Workout Classes

Workout classes are a great way to achieve your health and fitness goals – complement your existing workout programme with a technique class or choose from a selection of classes to help you lose weight, tone up or simply feel great.

The specialist workout studio is home to our team of fitness professionals, instructors delivering classes and courses which includes HathaYoga-improving flexibility, strength and body awareness- ensuring joints and muscles are aligned correctly.

Class Descriptions


Yoga
YOGA-Improve flexibility, static strength and body awareness. Incorporates varied methods like Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga. Hatha Yoga Classes may involve an element of hands on physical adjustment to ensure joints and muscles are aligned correctly.

Les Mills Virtual Spin ClassesNEW
Find your own rhythm in a cycling workout that delivers maximum cardio results with minimum impact on your joints.
Spin/RPM tunes you in to great music and takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding.
