Because of the high and low impact options Clubbercise dance fitness classes are great if you’re a beginner or if you’re exercising regularly but looking for something different!

NEW HIIT Classes


From Wednesday 22nd March we will be running 2 x 20 minutes HIIT Classes in the gym using the synergy 360T machine.
This class will be free to members and £3 to pay as you go customers.
The limit per class is 6 people

Class times:
  • 06:00pm to 06:20pm
  • 06:30pm to 06:50pm

he specialist workout studio is home to our team of fitness professionals, instructors delivering classes and courses which includes activities such as Aqua Aerobics, Body Combat and Body Jam.


Class Descriptions

A cardiovascular and toning workout session suitable for all levels. Includes a combination of moves for you to perform at your own pace though alternative high or low impact moves. A great way to burn calories and increase fitness levels.

Aqua Aerobics
A refreshing alternative to traditional aerobics, with minimal impact. This class offers both cardiovascular and muscular gains by using the natural resistance of the water.

A Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates inspired workout that leaves you long, strong, calm and centred. Feel balanced.

A challending mix of martial arts and endurance, unleashing strenth you never knew you had.

The original weights class that builds strength, tones your body and pushes you to the limit every time.

A full-on, high-energy cardio workout to energizing tunes. Be unstoppable.

Challenge yourself with this action-packed strength and cardio workout that will keep you on your toes. Led by a qualified instructor, participants perform a series of exercises using free weights, skipping ropes and body weight to improve both lower and upper body strength, agility, abdominal strength and flexibility.

CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favourite sports - it’s the glue that holds everything together.

All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.

Group Cycling
This is an exciting, instructor led, indoor cycling class and is perfect for beginners through to the more serious cyclist!

A fantastic calorie burner during a 45 minute class!

Junior Gym
The gym has been designed for children to exercise in their own environment on specific equipment that gives them a safe and a total body workout. The machines have an intuitive push button resistance selection with no seat setup adjustments and a low starting resistance.
Legs, Bums and Tums
Warm up and then tone, tone, tone! Exercises performed on specific muscle groups to tone the body.
Les Mills virtual RPM classesNEW
Find your own rhythm in a cycling workout that delivers maximum cardio results with minimum impact on your joints.
RPM™ tunes you in to great music and takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. 
You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your training level over time. Your instructor will show you how to set up your bike and all the basic cycling moves. If you want a true sense of achievement, get into a RPM class today.

Metafit is a new and exciting twist on circuit-style training. It is a carefully choreographed blast designed to obliterate calories and create lean and functionally strong bodies in quick time.

This class uses a series of controlled movements engaging your body and mind to improve flexibility and strength without building bulk.

Improve flexibility, static strength and body awareness. Incorporates varied methods like Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga.

Zumba is an aerobic exercise inspired by Latin Dance. Zumba fuses together hypnotic rhythms and easy-to-follow moves. The routines featuer intervan training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavour and international zest into the mix and you have got a Zumba class!
