Body CombatTM
Release your Inner Warrior!
Your BODYCOMBAT instructor will lead you through all the moves in this 55 minute workout which includes a mix of upper and lower body training through boxing and fitness training.
Burn up to 545 calories to the latest hard hitting tunes.
It tones, shapes, increases strength and endurance and builds self-confidence!

Body PumpTM
Lean, Strong, Unstoppable
You’ll use a step platform, a bar and a selection of weights to suit your fitness level.  If you’re new to resistance training, or if you’re out of shape, you should start with light weights.  After a few classes you’ll know how much weight is right for you.  If you’re unsure ask your instructor.
Burn up to 560 calories to the latest inspiring tunes.
Increases strength and endurance, tones and shapes, helps maintain bone health.

CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favourite sports - it’s the glue that holds everything together.

All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.

Body BalanceTM
An Oasis for Body and Mind
Each class follows a set sequence of exercise disciplines and is made up of 45 minutes of simple, yet challenging, exercises followed by 10 minutes of relaxation and meditation.  Your instructor takes you through the moves and shows you options to suit your fitness level.  If you haven’t done any yoga or group fitness before, please take it easy.  Use your first few classes to learn the poses and moves and how to get the most out of your workout.

Insanity

Insanity is a revolutionary cardio-based total body conditioning program based on the principles of MAX Interval Training. MAX Interval Training allows a person to beat the "stress adaptation response," which normally happens when your body gets used to exercising at one level of exertion. The result of this is halting your progress on your fitness improvement journey. By using MAX Interval Training, INSANITY pushes the participant to new training heights, resulting in more calories burned, faster results, and a more efficient metabolism.  

Metafit
Metafit is a new and exciting twist on circuit training it’s a 30 minute choreographed blast designed to obliterate calories and create lean and functionally strong bodies in quick time 

  

Workout Classes

 

Aqua Aerobics
A refreshing alternative to traditional aerobics, with minimal impact. This class offers both cardiovascular and muscular gains by using the natural resistance of the water.

Circuits
Challenge yourself with this high impact and high intensity strength cardio and core stability workout.  A series of exercises are performed using both free weights ad own body weight interspersed with bouts of running.  It will improve all over strength stamina, speed, fitness and flexibility.

Fitness Pilates
This class uses a series of controlled movements engaging your body and mind to improve flexibility and strength without building bulk 

Legs, Bums & Tums
Warm up and then tone, tone, tone! Exercises performed on specific muscle groups to tone the body.

Yoga
YOGA: A complete Mind, Body & Spirit workout.  Improve flexibility, static strength and body awareness with Yoga Postures that will smooth away your muscular aches and pains, and reduce anxiety and stress with Meditation, Relaxation and Breathing Techniques.  

Zumba
Forget the workout join the party! Zumba is an aerobic exercise inspired by Latin Dance Zumba fuses together hypnotic rhythms and easy-to-follow moves.The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got a Zumba® class!
