Leisure Centre Improvements

South Ribble Borough Council will soon be working on the first of many planned improvements across the South Ribble Leisure Centres!

We know that at peak times, customers have been asking for additional parking at South Ribble Tennis & Fitness Centre, and so a car park extension will be constructed this Autumn.

Further details will be released to members and customers nearer the time, to ensure minimal disruption to leisure centre users. Further improvements will follow, with work planned on the interior of all four South Ribble Leisure Centres.

In addition, over the next few weeks you may notice contractors working to refresh and improve the exterior of the South Ribble Leisure Centres. This will start with Leyland Leisure Centre, and follow on with Bamber Bridge Leisure Centre, Penwortham Leisure Centre and South Ribble Tennis & Fitness Centre. 

Any inconvenience to members and customers will be minimal, but it is the start of many investments South Ribble Borough Council are making to improve the leisure centres for local residents
